An Important Update on Our Blog Schedule

Hello, and thank you for being a part of this community.
For some time now, I've been committed to posting a blog six days a week, a pace that has allowed me to share a wide range of insights and exercises with you. It’s been a rewarding journey, but as a mental health professional, I'm constantly reminded of the importance of practicing what I preach: prioritizing well-being and being fully present for those who rely on me, including my clients and my family.
With that in mind, I've made the decision to shift my focus from the quantity of my posts to the quality. This will allow me to create even more in-depth and impactful content for you.
What This Means for Our Blog
This final week of August, there will not be the usual daily posts. This short break will give me the time to prepare for a new, more sustainable rhythm.
Starting the first week of September, we will be moving to a new weekly schedule of three posts. I'm excited to share this new approach with you:
Mindful & Somatic Mondays: These posts will combine a mindful concept with a practical somatic exercise, helping you connect with the wisdom of both your mind and body.
Integrated Wednesdays: This will be the home for our longer-form, in-depth articles where I will weave together my integrated therapeutic approach.
Q&A Fridays: A shorter post dedicated to answering common questions from clients or addressing trending topics in mental health.
I am looking forward to bringing you more thoughtful, comprehensive content. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we make this positive transition.
