Mindful Monday: I Meditate Even When Thoughts are Busy.

Deepening Meditation


  • Settle into your meditation spot, allowing five to ten minutes.

  • Sit comfortably upright and focus on breathing.

  • You may have moments when your mind is quiet.

  • However, your concentration probably wavers and when it does, your attention wanders off onto random thoughts.

  • You are not meditating wrong.

  • Thinking is not a problem per say, your mind is simply doing what it does.

  • Notice thoughts, and refocus on breathing.

  • Relax your body and stay the course.
