Deepening Meditation
Settle into your meditation spot, allowing five to ten minutes.
Sit comfortably upright and focus on breathing.
You may have moments when your mind is quiet.
However, your concentration probably wavers and when it does, your attention wanders off onto random thoughts.
You are not meditating wrong.
Thinking is not a problem per say, your mind is simply doing what it does.
Notice thoughts, and refocus on breathing.
Relax your body and stay the course.
